Mountain Man + Earth Mama

This was a fun little session with such a sweet and darling family! These two were celebrating their wedding anniversary and they had gotten married on beach. The best way to celebrate was to spend it there!  I had so much fun doing this session and the location wasn't too bad either.  Here are a few pictures from last weekend and some mommy to be gorgeousness....

Pure Delight

I was excited when I got the email a few weeks ago that an old friend wanted me to photograph her family.  Andrea and I first met each other in fourth grade in Mrs. McHales class. We just happened to move out of our hometown and into the same city.  When we saw each other last week it felt just like old times all over again.  We did have a couple of hang ups in the begining of our session but it all worked out and this little one was a pure delight!

I have to say that this session was not at all what I had envisioned the other evening. In fact I had a different plan entirely. We pretty much did a 180 and just rolled with it.  While sometimes things don't always go according to plan that can often be a blessing is disguise.  Here are some shots form the other day....

This picture happened to be taken in front of the restaraunt where my husband and I had our first date 9 years ago.  I honestly didn't remember it being this colorful in the front but it has been a couple of years since we have been back there. I'm such a sucker for great color and texture and yes you can do fun things in photoshop to bring out color!
